‘Rain or snow’ he comes and resolves problems. Today he drove in freezing rain from his previous job in Aurora to us in northern burbs. Our heat is back on!Services: HVAC system repair

Tim has serviced my furnace and air-conditioning needs for years now. He continues to provide excellent service and is as ethical as the day is long. I've referred him to a number of people and they have all had nothing but great things to say about the service he provided. Additionally, his rates are far more reasonable than some I've encountered.

Many great things to say about Tim & his work on my heating/ac install that he did for me in my home. First off, his quote for the job was reasonable, fair & he was good at explaining everything that needed to be done on the install. I never felt pressured or pushed by him to get the sale or job which I really liked. During the install he explained he had run into a few problems, because of the age of the old unit, 40 years old, & what was done before in the past.
