I reached out to him on a Friday morning, and he was at our house within the hour to troubleshoot the issue. He did a through assessment and determined that we needed a very expensive part replaced. Given the age of our equipment, it did not make sense for us to just replace the single part to face more issues down the road...

Steve gave us a reasonable price for the installation of a brand new furnace and A/C Coil combo with smart thermostat and was able to complete the installation the very next day for us. He came in super early in the morning and worked all day to get this done for us. He went above and beyond to make sure that we were satisfied with our purchase even registering the units on our behalf to make sure that we would take advantage of the full 10 years manufacturers warranty.
