I left a panicked message at Duke and Friends that my dog had gotten skunked over the weekend, and the repeated treatments we'd given him had not gotten rid of the smell. Marisa returned my message immediately even though they were closed that day, and she made room in her schedule for me to bring him in first thing the next morning. She worked her magic and de-skunked him by the time I picked him up 2 hours later! And now, a day later, he is still stink-free. The whole staff is so professional and caring and friendly. I'll never take my dog anywhere else for grooming!

I tried to write this review several different ways to communicate how truly "off the scale incredible" DFPP really is. We have an 140lb Bernese mountain dog which isn't an easy breed to groom. DFPP didn't groom her, they worked magic and made art. Our girl looks so beautiful and is also so comfortable after being done properly. If you can get an appointment TAKE IT.

We couldn't be happier. We've been coming here for years - even though we moved away from the area. They always do a great job, they really capture our dog's personality with his haircut. Our dog was shy and anxious at first, but now he loves going for his haircut. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
