I went to Ulta Beauty today to look at the Chanel Beauty items because I wasn't sure what color I wanted for lipstick. When I was browsing multiple people came up to me to ask if I needed help. I declined all of them because I'd rather browse on my own. However, one woman came up to me and asked if I needed help and she informed me that she was the rep for Chanel Beauty. I told her no politely so then she squeezed in front of me where I was looking and standing right in front of at the drawer and closed it. Was I not allowed to grab the makeup myself? It kinda made me feel uncomfortable so I'll probably just order online now off the actual Chanel site.

Took my 16 year old daughter to get her hair cut. We are new to the area and have previously used the Ulta Salon in our last location. The appointment was originally at 2, but we were called earlier in the day to see if we could come in at 2:30, which I had no issues with. When we got there we waited another 30 min to be seen. By the time it was my daughter's turn, she asked for a certain haircut and was told by Drea that it would be no problem. My daughter likes to have her hair straightened, but Drea decided to style it with curls...that should have been my first read flag. When we got home my daughter washed it and styled it the way she normal would. It was choppy and uneven. We will have to get it fixed by another salon.

The place itself is very nice and everything is well put. The only thing is the workers. When we entered the store my boyfriend and I started looking at the lipglosses. He then saw that the Blonde woman who was standing by the front doors had signaled to one of the other workers ( a girl with Black hair ) to "go and check on us". And then we noticed that she was looking at us to make sure we didn't do anything. Really disappointed with how they still hire people like that. And by the looks of this store not a lot of people like the customer service that this woman gives. It sucks that they can't change workers
