My upstairs furnace quit working about 9 p.m. last night. Jeff was here at 8:45 this morning to work on it. Furnace is now fixed. I've had Scrantons do all my heating and a/c work for almost 15 years. I wouldn't call anyone else. They always respond quickly and the quality of the work is excellent
We had several conversations as we had a lot of questions as this was all new to us. They answered everything and never pressured us into anything. Worked with us to make sure we could make a deal. Their customer service is above and beyond and all their employees were most professional as could be. I would recommend over and over again!!!! Thanks for all you did to get us heat and I must mention they even worked on getting us heat on Christmas Eve.
