So the kids had dentist appointments today. My daughter went in perfect as usual. My son and I went in for his turn, oh boy! He’s Autistic and He was having a rough day as it was and then they had to take his temp. Meltdown😭 screaming crying sitting down (he’s big enough now I can’t lift him either). I’m starting to panic I look at his tech Joni and say we may have to give up. This is where it gets good.She says for me to go to the bathroom and let her talk to him. I go and then when I come back she has him up in a chair and he’s fully talking to her!! This woman is AMAZING! She’s always been His favorite and today proves why. She calmed him down, got him into the exam room, cleaned his teeth, counter his teeth, put sealents on and she got him to let the Dr exam his teeth!!! 🎉🎉 People ask me why I drive over an hour to take the kids to the dentist, this is why!! Joni@ Mt Sterling Dental Center is why! The way she is with My son is worth every single mile I drive! All the ladies there are wonderful!
