“Garrett Graver, the salesman, responded to our call and was here in a timely fashion from the first inspection until it was completed. In addition, we had to move a couple satellite dishes and thus had to have them come back to patch in where they had been. I texted one evening recently that we had rain and within 15 minutes Garrett called me and within 1 hour Stephen, the owner, was here to patch in to avoid any damage and this was in the dark at around 9:30 pm.
