I called Ohana was at my house within the hour.. diagnosed my issue.. said was gonna make some phone calls about the parts I needed.. called me back after leaving within 30 minutes saying they had the parts and could be back within minutes to fix it.. took them about an hour maybe a little longer due to my squirrel cage being rusted.. smh.. but my heat is fixed!!!!! I am forever grateful.. thank you thank you thank you.. highly recommend this company!

Ohana always comes out very quickly when we call and keeps us posted as to when they will arrive. They are reasonably priced and the technician that has come here (Dan) is knowledgeable and always very polite. I would highly recommend Ohana!

Called on a Friday afternoon with a hot water problem. Shane informed me they didn't work much on hot water heaters as of yet but suggested people to us and said if we couldn't get anyone out to call him back and he would see what he could do. Well we called him back and he sent Dannie out to look at it. Dannie fixed it quickly. Dannie was very friendly and courteous. Shane went above and beyond to help us and Dannie fixed us.
