We made an appointment a month ago. They canceled my husbands appointment the day before because he did not confirm by answering their phone call the day prior to the appointment. He was at work! They gave his appointment to someone else Even though we waited a month to get in. Get it together office manager! They also told him that my bill is his responsibility before he can have work done. I owe 60$. I called to make a payment and they said I had a zero balance. They tied my balance to his name. I like Dr. O but he is going to loose business due to his poor office management from his employees.

Keith Wilcox was very unprofessional went to get a tooth pulled and he said are we going to keep it or loose it I said loose it he said get up and leave I’m not going to be your emergency room doctor. Soon as I see him out in town some where like a restaurant or Walmart or Kroger soon as I lay eyes on him he will no what a emergency room doctor is all about

Amazing dentist!! Awesome staff and no waiting time... had dental work done same day as appointment was made...in and out lightning fast!! Amazing job i won't go anywhere else... they are also capable of doing any work necessary and best thing was i had no pain after i left ... Thank you
