Cris showed the quote before anything was done. Price was fair. Great customer service, great attitude, awesome service. They cleared my sewer within 30 minutes. Unlike the previous contractor that came 3 hours before him - they gave up after 20 feet. Chris didn't give up and just kept rodding until he cleared the line and took out the roots. Thank you Chris. We had troubles with old sump pumps at our new house, and not only did they come out within a couple hours of sending a request in, but Manny & Christian came back the very next day for a full clean-up and new installation and knocked it out start to finish in just a couple hours. Our basement is now dry and safe, we feel great about not only the quality of work done, but the personality, promptness, and professionalism of the team has guaranteed we will be a repeat customer for any of our future needs.
