Albena and her girls are incredible, friendly and professional. I will go no where else to get my waxing done, Albena makes it almost painless and is so speedy! Truly a great place to come and get all your beauty needs taken care of! The spa is super relaxing and a great spot to come!

I have recently discovered Splendid Day Spa in Mt Prospect, and it IS splendid! I have gone on two occasions-once for a no chip manicure, and once for a pedicure with a girlfriend. Everyone is caring and friendly. The atmosphere is simple and welcoming. Both services that I received were professional and not rushed. Their prices are in line with other providers in the area-but I would return to Splendid because of the excellent quality and customer service!

I did my no-chip with Leonora today and I am so happy with my nails, they never looked so good and I did try many places before for my manicure. Leonora is very detailed oriented, her work is neat and thorough. Albena on the other hand did my waxing and she was very gentle and caring. She eased whole process. I highly recommend this spa place! Great service and great people!
