He was able to fix the issue and recommend a scope to go further out as we had some old piping along with very mature trees in the front yard. We were able to find some roots that were blocking our line.They talked through everything with my husband and myself. We also ultimately decided to add an access point in our front yard.We live in an older home and ours was in the basement. Having this installed has helped in case we need them to come back, they have an easy access and do not have to come into our house to clean the pipes out.
