Awful, awful experience. At first I was enamored by their mutli-faceted approach of physical therapy, chiropractic, trigger point therapy (I think that is what it is called), and massage. And there are some nice people working in there and I do not blame any of them. Here's the problem. I asked for a bill every time I went in there and even paid a little bit at a time to at least not fall too far behind and always got the same answer, we're waiting to hear back from insurance. I know insurance companies move slowly but, not that slow. I finally stopped going in January of 2017, still without ever seeing a bill.
