I absolutely LOVE the Mount Prospect ME! Everyone is so friendly and professional. Lindsey is an awesome manager. She genuinely cares about YOU and your self care routine. I have been a member for awhile now. After COVID, the number of credits I had was alarming. I tried “freezing” my account throughout but it didn’t go through or I had to go in to give the document to a manager. When Lindsey took over, she also took the hassle away. She helped me manage my membership so I could use credits instead of accruing them. I greatly appreciated the front desk ladies who checked in with me on the status of my “frozen” account. Denice is my therapist at this location. She is very professional, sweet, kind and massages me exactly in the way I ask every time. I’m very pleased to come to this Mount Prospect Massage Envy. Lindsay is the manager who is very genuine, personable, and brings a calming energy every time I talk to her. She even resolved an issue I had very promptly! I’m very grateful to feel like a real customer who is valued here! Thank you for the wonderful gift of relaxation at this location!

Had a wonderful experience for my birthday at Massage Envy Mt. Prospect. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and focused on wellness. The staff was awesome, especially my massage therapist, Tom and my esthetician Jesse. Highly recommend this new location in Mt. Prospect. Treat yourself! You deserve it.
