Denice is my therapist at this location. She is very professional, sweet, kind and massages me exactly in the way I ask every time. I’m very pleased to come to this Mount Prospect Massage Envy. Lindsay is the manager who is very genuine, personable, and brings a calming energy every time I talk to her. She even resolved an issue I had very promptly! I’m very grateful to feel like a real customer who is valued here! Thank you for the wonderful gift of relaxation at this location!
Had a wonderful experience for my birthday at Massage Envy Mt. Prospect. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing and focused on wellness. The staff was awesome, especially my massage therapist, Tom and my esthetician Jesse. Highly recommend this new location in Mt. Prospect. Treat yourself! You deserve it.
I have been getting massages from Iris for a while now, and I couldn't be happier! Based on her suggestion, I signed up for the monthly membership and have been getting regular massages ever since. Thanks to Iris, I rarely get the tension headaches anymore that I used to get frequently. She's the best!
