Lately our experiences at various Great Clips have been disappointing. The stylists have all been grouchy and the haircuts have been alarming...but not today! I took my son to this Great Clips location, because we were tired of the ones in Palatine, Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove. I read the promising reviews for this location and gave them a go. We had a short wait (as usual, which is why we keep coming back to Great Clips) and had a very pleasant and cheerful stylist named Jillian. She was so sweet and very careful not to cut off any hair that didn't need to be cut off.
