GREAT service! Agnes was exceptional, and very detail oriented. She made our stop for a quick trim super fun! She couldn't have been friendlier. We will definitely be stopping by again!

Lately our experiences at various Great Clips have been disappointing. The stylists have all been grouchy and the haircuts have been alarming...but not today! I took my son to this Great Clips location, because we were tired of the ones in Palatine, Arlington Heights and Buffalo Grove. I read the promising reviews for this location and gave them a go. We had a short wait (as usual, which is why we keep coming back to Great Clips) and had a very pleasant and cheerful stylist named Jillian. She was so sweet and very careful not to cut off any hair that didn't need to be cut off. She was informative with her process and was quite successful in taming a stubborn cowlick! Even if the client was a child and probably wouldn't care if anything was lopsided, she provided the same care and professionalism she would with any other customer. I'm grateful for Jillian's professionalism, skills and upbeat personality. I will most likely be coming back with the rest of my brood...all with some crazy cowlicks that also have yet to be tamed. Her hours are also very "mom friendly-" a lot of after school hours and also Sundays! Yay!
