Fermina is not messing around - she means business when it comes to her massages! 1000/10 stars if I could. She checked in to see if the pressure was good (which it was great), and really utilized a lot of different techniques to alleviate the pain I had been feeling in my neck and shoulders. Highly recommend and you can tell she really takes great pride in what she does. Thank you Fermina!!
