Collette was so very compassionate and caring after my son's death. She brought his ashes to my house and my ex-husbsnd's house, neither which are close to her office. She stayed with me at my house for some time, as she listened to this grief stricken mother with warmth and a caring heart. I would highly recommend their cremation services. Collette walked me through the entire process including ordering death certificates. Thank you so much for truly compassionate care!
Cremation Care of Illinois was incredible working with my wife and her sisters with the unexpected passing of their mother. Colette worked with them to ensure every little detail was taken care of. The family expressed their wishes and Colette took care of it from there and every wish was taking care of with no extra stress added to the family. From the initial meeting with Colette we knew everything would be handled professionally and respectfully and it was.
Across the country I received the news. My uncle did not want his family to know he was dying. I was beside myself trying to help to get my uncle out of the hospital morgue and put him at peace. Colette was amazing and I’m so happy I chose her! The experience, the caring, the reasonable price. Thank you Colette! Sorry this is a late review.
