All the owners care about is profits, would give this carwash zero stars if I could. Two dollars gives you 4 minutes, you might be able to finish if you're driving a smaller sedan or a coupe. But there's no way in hell you're gonna finish a whole SUV (which is my vehicle) in under 4 minutes. And thats if the machines are even working, one of the stalls all the way on the left is leaking soap when I was trying to use the brush. It got all over my clothes and shoes, which was annoying. Another time I went, the machine took two or my tokens, but then I tried adding more for extra time, it wouldn't accept them, and I didn't want to leave since the machine had already started. My other bad experience was when I put in enough tokens to finish. But I didn't realize the water pressure didn't work until after I had already started. Oh and don't even get me started on those crappy vacuums, apart from not even being free like most other car wash places, they're too short to reach the other side of my SUV. So I have to get in my car and back in to the vacuum stall, and by that time the vacuum timer has already expired. So I have to add even more money for a vacuum that barely has any suction. Most of their equipment is very run down or seems very old anyway. By far my absolute worse experience was when I finished washing my car, and I was about to give it a quick wax (since im 90% sure the spray "wax" they have there doesn't do anything"). The car wash was completely empty, no other customers were waiting for any stalls. But for some reason the fat attendant guy, came up to me saying that I can only use the stall while the meter was running. And I didn't wanna park up in the "drying area" because wax can't be applied in direct sunlight. Even though I had already paid for the actual wash, and I made sure no other customers were waiting. Anyway, I just told him okay and left. The final point I wanna make aware, is that they don't allow bucket washing. Which means they wont let you bring your own soap or microfiber mitt. I hated this because you never know what the person before you did with the brush they supply. I'd much rather bring my own, and I don't even understand why they don't allow this. Since I'm still paying for the water I'm using. I'm not even paying less, since I have to add 4 minutes for the meter to start, so I can add water to the bucket, and then I have to add another 4 minutes in the end to rinse the soap off. It takes me the same amount of time to wash my truck using their equipment. So I don't know what the big fuss is about. Anyway, I hope this review helps some of you. Just wish I had enough money to build my own car wash to rival them and finally put them out of business, so if any of you have the opportunity to start a rival carwash around this area, please do
Absolutely amazing the sorry management for this facility.Half the functions in the stalls dont even work ( pre wash, wax etc.) but the management is either not there to reimburse you or at least let you know what stall does have full functionality.Bottom line: Dont waste your time / money here
They get a extra star because the are the only touch less car was I can find in the area.Pre-soak has never worked in multiple visits as well as spot free rinse. My guess is wax feature is just water.
