Completely positive visit today. Had an 11AM appointment, came early because there's always paperwork, got a shot, done before 11AM. 3 friendly people on staff, I was only one there. Not at all sure about what the negative reviews would be--busier days?? Appointments honored before walk-ins. Only basic care done here, however.
The staff are all very kind but were unable to treat my 7 month old. They will only see patients who are older than 18 months. This is not clearly posted anywhere, I couldn't find it on the website either. The person we spoke to (I believe she is a NP) did advise us about places nearby that were open and would be able to treat my baby, which was helpful.
