In leau of just stopping in to purchase a required flapper for a Gerber toilet I called in to see if they had the flapper in their inventory. The office personnel was very efficient, kept me on the line while he visually check his inventory and brought the flapper to the service counter for me to pickup. My only concern was that he went to another room to use my credit card for payment and print a receipt.

Fixed kitchen/bathroom sinks, added shut off and help put both sinks in place. They also made sure there weren't any leaks. A job well done, thank you and we highly recommend. The price was well worth the service we couldn't do ourselves.
