I don't typically leave reviews. However Tom from Naturescape exceeded our expectations. Naturescape is the only service we've ever used to treat our lawn for the past decade. We've never had anyone as thorough as Tom. If you can, request him! He asked us questions, answered ours, and explained what he did and why. He demonstrated that however much time it took, he was going to give us what we paid for. I hope Naturescape realizes the value they have in Tom.

Naturescape did an Aeration on my lawn. While doing it the employee hit one on my baby Aspen trees putting a large gash in the tree. I understand that accidents can happen. But getting to the point why I would recommend this company is because the next day the manager come out and sincerely apologized about the mistake and asked "What would you like us to do to take care of this?" I said it would be best to replace the tree and with no argument he said "Then that is exactly what we will do. He said he didn't want to put a band-aid on the problem and was up front about the issue which I greatly appreciated. I have been doing business with Naturescape... read full review
