The staff, including the vet and vet tech, are exceptional, taking the time to talk and examine pets with care. With a welcoming atmosphere and a house cat on hand to make friends, Morton Animal Hospital is a great choice for pet owners seeking quality veterinary care.
I can’t recommend Morton Animal Hospital and Dr. Winston enough. We brought our 21-year-old cat in after she began showing concerning symptoms, and the entire staff was incredibly compassionate and kind. They treated her like their own.
When we had to make the heartbreaking decision to say goodbye, they explained everything clearly and gave us the time and space we needed. Receiving a handwritten card from the staff afterward, each with a message about our sweet girl, meant more to us than we can express. We are so grateful for their care and will continue to trust them with our future pets.
Very compassionate. I recently had to put my dog down and the staff was so kind and caring, really showing so much support for me during this hard time. They did everything at my pace. They even sent a sorry for your loss card to me. It all really meant a lot to me.
We recently had to say goodbye to our Hammy boy and Doctor Winston and her entire staff were so amazing! They brought us in several days and do exams and treatments on him to try to help him. Unfortunately, we said goodbye and the staff was so caring and helpful during this sad time. They also sent a personal sympathy card with beautiful kind words from everyone.
