Got a pedicure done and it was so nice!! I feel so awkward having my feet done so I hardly go but I did get the package with hot wax....it was heavenly! And for not having a pedicure in 10 years my feet feel amazing!!

I do not know why I keep going back here other than their location is convenient and they have a lot of color choices. I called to ask if the shop was busy and if there was a wait for a pedicure. They said no. I got there in under 5 minutes and every single pedicure station was full and had been for some time as evidenced by where they were in the process. I waited for over 20 minutes, which wouldn't have bothered me as much if I hadn't been lied to about the wait time. I feel bad for a few of the girls working here as they seem to be lowest on the food chain and have to do all the station prep for others. Will more than likely not return.

I am updating my review. 5 years ago I actually left a 5 star review but unfortunately they do not deserve that high of ranking anymore. My last couple visits have not been stellar and the lady who checked me out was quite rude. I had multiple people doing my manicure and pedicure (not by my choice, what the salon chose to do) I handed her what I thought was a generous tip and she actually questioned it basically asking for more. Sorry when you pay $120 for the service I am not going to tip each person 20% that's just unrealistic. I would never in a million years question the amount someone tips....super rude and I am not sure that I will come back after that.
