So happy I went with CIG. Turned out perfect, kept me updated, showed up ahead of schedule, and it turned out perfect. They use a special tool to pull the pieces together that other companies don't have, can barely see the seam. HQ material that was $500 cheaper than the department stores. Took a week from measurements to install.

We have had a great experience working with Central Illinois Granite. From picking out our quartz and talking through everything with Leslie to working with the install crew, everything has went far above our expectations! Very professional and kind, amazing people!! We highly recommend them!!

1. Removed existing counter & installed poor-quality, mismatched counter top against the homeowners’ will.2. Owner, Troy Glover, initially agreed by phone to remove it, then reneged.3. Threatened to sue the customer for not being willing to accept and pay for bad product, and specifically IF CUSTOMER REPORTS THEIR COMPANY TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU. Hmm, fishy.4. Will not respond to email contact because written guarantees would be binding.Future customers in Central Illinois deserve to know.
