“Been going here since January, mainly for my back pain from standing for long periods of time at work. Happy to say that with the help of my personal trainer, Alondra, I pretty much no longer have back pain :). She has helped me gain more strength through strength training and helped accommodate with any exercises I couldn’t do at first. The gym is always very welcoming to visit and I think it really makes it easier to focus on myself when working out. Itzel and the other trainers are always nice and encouraging.“

2731 N Lincoln Ave, Chicago“I highly recommend In Motion PT and I can't thank Dr. Lauren Schnidman enough. For over a month I was unable to raise my right arm higher than shoulder level. My mobility was limited to less than 20% of what it was before (e.g., brushing hair, lifting my kids, reaching up in any direction). My symptoms mimicked a torn rotator cuff but without the pain. It was bizarre; even my PC doctor at Northwestern assumed it was a partially torn rotator cuff. It was my second appointment when Lauren asked me to perform a few additional tests because she felt something didn't add up. After the third test, she discovered that I had in fact a pinched nerve (C4/C5). Over the course of 6 weeks I continued therapy, followed her at home instructions, and made a full recovery. She is truly amazing. Thank you Dr. Schnidman!“
“Anytime Fitness Niles is the gym to go to. The gym is always clean, the machines are new and maintained and the staff is always friendly. It has everything you need, from cardio, to weights and group classes. The location is convenient and there is plenty of parking. Mike the owner has done and continues to do a phenomenal job, and truly cares about his members. I truly recommend checking out this gym, you won’t regret it!“

“Sarah is the best trainer I’ve had. She makes you feel comfortable and good about yourself and explains the exercises well. I never feel judged. The faculty is clean with very modern and new equipment. They invest a lot in it. The music and step aerobics class is fun.“

V3 has something for everyone, from personal training to small group classes. We are three months in, and my wife and I are both addicted to "Barbell Bootcamp." Barbell Bootcamp is a workout of the day style class. perfected by V3's owner, Gregg Piper. Each day's workout is unique, and focuses on a different muscle group. Classes are offered at convenient times throughout the weekday (6am, noon, 6pm) and weekend (9am or 10am). The beauty of the small class format is the individual attention each participant receives from the trainer, critical for anyone working through limitations. The results speak for themselves. Our bodies are stronger and more defined than ever. But V3 also changed how we see food. Gregg set us up with personalized daily macronutrient goals. He didn't just put us on a diet, but rather set us on course to eat holistically for the rest of our lives. Together with consistent workouts, I lost 15 lbs and 4% body fat over six weeks.
