I had a wonderful experience working with the staff at Napleton Honda, and truly cannot say enough positive things about them. I started off working with Luis Ramirez, who showed me a few different SUVs that I was interested in. He was incredibly kind and patient. After giving it some thought, I returned the following day and worked with Brian Ferguson and the sales manager Mazen Bittar. I had a pretty great experience here for my first time buying a car. Before visiting, I had been in the market for a used car for about 2-3 weeks and had visited multiple dealerships. With each, there was always something that rubbed me the wrong way about either the sales team, the pricing, the cars themselves, etc. but Napleton Honda was honestly a breath of fresh air. I had been pretty exhausted by the car search and the sales team made it super easy and took a lot of the stress out of the process.
