Staff is very nice. Kim is VERY talented She's a real artist if you want any type of design on your nails, Kim is the person to ask for. The salon is very clean and very punctual. When you have an appointment, you don't have to wait. There's really no reason to go to any other salon unless you want to compare the difference in quality of another place. If you do that, you'll ALWAYS come back to Nail Essence.
New customer today, 4/25/24. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted warmly by Matthew. After being seated in the pedi chair, I was very pleased with the inviting atmosphere and cordialness of staff and customers. Was looking for something in my neighborhood and found a true gem. Rebecca did a wonderful job, and I am looking forward to my 2nd appointment next month that I scheduled before I left. Thanks to all for great quality, service, and value. SUE
