“We took our 3 year old here and were blown away from the second we walked in! They had his name drawn on the window welcoming him as a new patient. When we went in, they let him pick a dvd to watch. The hygienist was so patient and pleasant as she explained everything to our son. Then the doctor came in and was equally pleasant and helpful. “Family and friends have been checking on me and my experience disturbing my rest lol. But I don't mind because I am thrilled to share my appointment story. ALL of the staff are absolutely wonderful; working with each other and myself and ? percent in sync with Dr John. They re ability and professionalism is so real, I felt safe. I was shocked that no needles were even used in the numbing process , even more reducing my anxiety. I had to have a serious quick removal of my teeth as the infection was so bad that it led to medical issues that weren't able to be completed until the teeth were removed. DR John is funny, complimentary to his staff, explanatory, kind and informative, keeping me in the loop as he did his job with a smile ?. He is my new dentist boyfriend, lol.
