Exceeded my expectations! I purchased a lake home that was in need of a whole house remodel including, kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, painting, fireplace and associated plumbing and electrical work. THI managed the project through the pandemic and associated supply chain issues - and kept the project on track to a successful completion. The work was top notch and the end result is spectacular. What sold me on THI and what really sets them apart is the process and rigor they use managing the project - from the initial design meetings to material checklists, work orders and change orders - the process of signing off & approving all work is excellent. At all times the project costs are totally transparent. Kudo’s to the office staff of Abigail & Kerri as well as the construction crew especially Keith & Jeff. Total Home Improvements recently completed a project in my new home. We hired them for interior painting, installing recessed lighting in our high ceilings, creating living room built ins and installing a stacked stone two story fireplace. Aaron and his team were a breeze to work with and everything turned out beautifully. They were fast, efficient and thorough. Any time I had a question or concern, it was quickly addressed and solved. Every person that stepped foot in our home was kind and courteous, it never felt awkward sitting down for lunch while people worked right by me. The pricing and quality of work is top notch. I will certainly be using (and recommending) Total Home Improvements for all future projects to come.
