Called here to try to get my daughter an appointment. It took about 10 minutes to get someone on the line. When they answered I was told they do not see children. I thought she hung up on me right away and I said wait, is there any recommendation for a cardiologist around here that see's children. She said I would have to go somewhere in Chicago and then she hung right up without saying anything else. I called another place in Morris and they recommended OSF in Ottawa where we got an appointment. I would recommend calling somewhere more friendly and helpful if looking for a cardiologist near Morris.

The lady Terry that sits up front is a know it all and is very arrogant. She has no customer service skills whatsoever. Not sure how she still works there. Try calling them and it’s 20 minute wait times. I would steer clear of them.

Most of the staff are always friendly and the nurses are wonderful. My mother goes to this location and her doctor is Dr. DelaHara. She likes him well enough while I believe he is just "ok." He comes highly recommended by local doctors and nurses; however, I have not been too impressed. Recently, we have not had to wait too long in the waiting room; however, there have been a few times where we sat 30 to 45 minutes while just waiting for her INR appointment. The Dr. books quickly and if we have an appointment with him, we often wait at least 30 minutes for him to see us, if not longer. The office is always very clean and spacious so if you are in a wheelchair, there is plenty of room.
