“They did 2450 sq ft of our house. They lifted all the trim and cut it to fit the new floors. They cut all the doors to fit. They did a great deal of work. Their estimate came in lower than the the 'big three' I am not calling out a business specifically, but think of local jingle phone numbers that are burned in your brain. The big three sent salesmen to do the estimates, Joey (from Alpha Wolf) is a craftsman. Big difference. There were a lot of challenges in our house and Joey and Dan handled them all. They didn't cut a single corner. Their work is amazing, I have a thing about posting pictures of my house, but I know he took some for his facebook page. I got the american oak and the marble-looking panaccotta. The transitions were well thought out and look great. The trim was hardly any worse for the wear, which is amazing. I was expecting some problems with that. All the other stuff, they were on time, trustworthy, polite, respectful, and above all really great craftspeople. The big three wanted to leave the trim in place, cover the old floors, and use 'shoes' to walk up to the trim, this was not a look we wanted. The other guys also got pretty pushy (again salemen, not craftsmen), and it seemed like going that route would be a: call the manufactuer, call the installer, etc after they screwed up my house. Alpha Wolf is the way to go. Hire them before they figure out how much money they are actually worth. I got lucky and saw the Alpha Wolf Truck and called them first, I say first, because I would have had to call them to fix what the other companies were going to do to my house. Joey (from alpha wolf) said a lot of their work is disaster cleanup from the big flooring businesses. I trusted him, but verified, it is all over youtube. Can't go wrong with Alpha Wolf. I will take a couple of photos and post them in a few days, I am goign to focus on areas where I thought they went above and beyond the call of duty (and then delete this last sentence since I would like to end on Alpha Wolf did an incredible job with a very challenging house)“
