I hired CSBB twice and each experience fell short due to communication issues with the owner. The owner lists two phone numbers in advertisements but communicates solely via text message. On every turn, there was an excuse as to why a voice to voice call is problematic yet the streams of text messages were endless.My first cleaning was 4 hours of cleaning by two workers for a 1000 sq ft home with no furniture. I paid the full amount before the work was performed and learned after the cleaners left the kitchen floor was somehow missed. Horrible! I paid for them to clean the place so I could get my deposit back. Came back and not one thing was cleaned . Then I called to have ot fixed and Bridgewater understanding and wanted to fix the problem I even sent pictures over. And I was then given a hard time from Michelle about it and she didn't want to clean it. Never will I suggest this place to anyone or ever use them again! Horrible horrible horrible!!!!
