Elizabeth is a talented Reflexologist and Craino Sacral therapist. She has a gentle, relaxing touch and she provides a professional, relaxing environment as well. My most recent appointment with her happened to be on a day that I had a migraine headache. She was able to give me relief with a combination of both reflexology on my feet, and cranial work on my head. I left feeling much better! I have had many, many therapists work on my over the years for a variety of conditions, and I have to say that Elizabeth is very good at what she does and I highly recommend her. She is also always taking more classes to expand her knowledge base and learn more ways to help her clients.
