After accepting a bid over a week ago to clean our house they still have not scheduled a date to start cleaning. I left them several voice mails and emails but no response. So I ended up calling another service and got a date scheduled the same day I got a quote from them.Note regarding their response to my post : they never informed me that it would be difficult to schedule cleaning nor did they mention that the person who did the scheduling had an emergency.They just did not respond after I had called, emailed and texted numerous times so I was forced to find another service.
Spotless Magic cleans both our business buildings and does a great job. John the Owner is extremely nice and hard working. We highly recommend their services!
