“We had our roof replaced the summer before last due to age and the occasional leak. The team came out and did a solid job on a steep roof. We ended up with quite a few nails and shingle bits and a damaged grill, but figured these sorts of things are unavoidable. The staff was always courteous and kind throughout.We had an issue with the original vent ridge installation in the replacement roof. The ridge is wider than standard. The installation ultimately showed significant wave and quickly exposed nails. “I first contacted them last year for roofing repair and they were really quick, reasonable quote and made the whole process easier. While they were repairing my roof Patrick came to check up on their progress and noticed the back of my house roofing is different then my front and gave me a quote to fix that. I agreed to the quote but said I couldn't do anything till the summer of 2022. Patrick said no problem the quote will be good till then. Fast forward to May and he got in contact with me to see if I was still interested.Now here is why I highly recommend them. They were so patient with me while I dealt with my HOA approval that instead of May it took till July for them to do my roof, AND the quote never expired.
