Switched to Plunkett’s after another pest company said they couldn’t do anything more about a problem with springtails. Plunkett’s was very thorough and took extra steps and always available for my concerns. Most important, bug problem gone!

Ivan B. went above and beyond. He even came out on the weekend to assuage our fears over our bat problem. He explained every step of the treatment and removal process and patiently answered thousands of questions we had. Ivan is exceptionally friendly and takes initiative to ensure things are done the right way (which is a fresh of breath air when it comes to lots of services and contractors in Bloomington).
