Next day another tech showed up with a camera to inspect the entire line to the street. Showed me where the roots were coming in within minutes. Great service. A little costly but they did discount the job upfront. But you couldn’t ask for much more they got the job done quickly. After watching them I was glad I hire them rather than renting one from HD. I wanted the same brand, Bradford White, as it lasted so long and American made and most other areas plumbers installed what was in stock. I found Plumb it through Bradford White's service finder and within minutes of filling out a quote request online I was called to confirm my type and size and given a reasonable price for the tank, installation and removal of the existing, and they scheduled for the next morning. Plumb it showed up on time. The brought everything in an out with ease and left no mess. The new tank was in and operational in less than 2 hours from arriving. I will use for my future needs.“

Michael was so professional, with impeccable decorum, turns out Michael had been in the AirForce & it showed! Sadly, I had a brand that they really didn’t service but he tried to be of service and gave me brilliant advice! We had a contract with another provider in the area who didn’t have our size water heater in stock and with the storm, no one was available until Monday. I called Aquaduct’s emergency line and received a call back within 5 minutes on a Saturday. After waiting almost two days, they were able to come out within 2 hours and provide a honest quote with breakdown that was easy to understand. We are canceling our contract with the other provider. He sent two guys over within the hour two hours after that, they head me up and running no up charges no funny business with charging extra this extra that nothing none of that I’ve known Derek for 10 years and that’s how he operates so as usual 10 out of 10 knocked it out of the park.“
