The three keys that were first cut did not work, and when I contacted support, they immediately refunded the charges to the credit card. We did a second attempt and the key cut correctly that time, and works fine in the lock. This was an excellent customer support experience.....and I used to manage the support department of a major software company. Keep up the great work.
Very cool and futuristic machine laser measured my original key, paid with credit card on the spot, and then I got my keys delivered to my house a couple of days later - worked out great!
Everything went well, I got 2 padlock keys and 1 deadbolt key. When I got home the deadbolt key worked great but the padlock keys both failed. I called the number listed and they offered replacement or credit. The transaction was handle very professionally.
