Advocate Clinic at Walgreens

Made an appt online and show up to a closed clinic. When I called they said I received a phone call telling me they were closed. I had not. No email either. By the way, they still have the online portal allowing to make appts for today even though no one is there.

My husband went in about 20 minutes before close. He walked up as a staff member was putting up the closed sign. They still wouldn't see him. Very poor customer service - we will not be returning.

I saw Kathleen the RN for an upper respiratory problem. She listened with genuine concern, didn't rush me (even though others were waiting to be seen), and explained everything completely. We even discussed my toddler, who was experiencing similar symptoms. She was fantastic, and we will definitely be back. I wish there was a way to find out which nurse was working so we could be sure to get Kathleen, and that's my only suggestion for this clinic. Well done, Walgreens.
