Excellent response time, good quality people that care.
Our heat went out during the night when it was below zero outside. Our heat was restored first thing in the morning so our pipes would not freeze. We have had Hawk's service our boiler many times in the past. We will continue to call them in the future. A great shout out to customer service. He knew who I was and my address when I called and I love that about small towns. Thank you.
