First time using JTR and it was a good experience. Ben came out and quickly diagnosed the transformer was bad after a little back-and-forth troubleshooting. We discovered the thermostat wire had an issue with it. Also, all in all, they did a thorough job and were very upfront and completely respectful of my time. As a service guy myself "plumber". I completely appreciate the respect of my time and money they offered me to clean the condenser coils myself.Which I took him up on to save money and time. I recently had a central air conditioning system installed by JTR Heating & Air Conditioning in my home. The installation was carried out by a team of professionals ( Buzz, Brian, & Trevor) who were not only highly skilled, but also very friendly and courteous throughout the entire process.
