We just had the best service experience we've ever had with JTR in the decades they have serviced our home. Aziz not only took the time to investigate and properly diagnose the issue with our system, but he meticulously cleaned and restored our system, saving us thousands of dollars. Our air conditioner was working in the morning and not when we came home in the afternoon. I called JTR and talked to a technician who tried to help us determine the issue. He promised us that he would call in the morning to let us know someone would come out. Everyone who came--troubleshooters, installers, manager-was wonderful. They were prompt, called and came when they promised, and did a great job of getting us up and running in advance of the heat forecasted for this weekend-June 22! We will definitely do business with JTR again.
