From the moment they answered my call for help, I knew I was in good hands! We found bed bugs in our child's room and I was instantly terrified. I have heard horror stories of how hard it was to get rid of them. Dawn and Marianne in the office were so calm, caring, and compassionate. They talked me down and sent a tech out the very next day. Brad came in and investigated our home and prepared me for the process of treatment. I'm the kind of women who appreciates a good checklist and boy did they provide one! Professional , very knowledgeable and polite. They explained everything about what they were doing and why, were on time and extremely good at what they do. I will never go anywhere else!!!

While living in the Quad Cities, we had a quarterly contract with this company for 3 years and they were always very friendly, on time, and did the job right. If we ever happened to need an extra spray in between quarterly visits, they would come out and take care of it.
