Let me first say the previous owner Carol was awesome!! Now let me talk about the new owner. We had a 11 AM appointment today 7/13/24 we had our dog there by 10:45 AM at 1:15 PM. We had received no text saying he was done but was told he was drying at 2:15. We decided to show up and he was still not done sitting in a kennel for almost 4 hours, I will never take my dog to this place again I sure do miss Carol!!!!!!

Carol (owner) always does a great job with our 3 dogs and prices are very reasonable. I highly recommend.
