Let me first say the previous owner Carol was awesome!! Now let me talk about the new owner. We had a 11 AM appointment today 7/13/24 we had our dog there by 10:45 AM at 1:15 PM. We had received no text saying he was done but was told he was drying at 2:15. We decided to show up and he was still not done sitting in a kennel for almost 4 hours, I will never take my dog to this place again I sure do miss Carol!!!!!!

Saw this site while looking at something else. Thought I would check it out. This is the worst site I have seen. Gives no idea of what services they even offer. Let alone who works on your dog (qualifications ) or even pricing. Wouldn't even give it a one star except to be able to comment on. My dog is a family member and I wouldn't take another member of my family to any place based on this. So you won't see any of my dogs based on this site.

Carol is an excellant groomer. This is located within the RI Humane Society so it was a little wierd for both myself and my dog....felt like I was there to surrender her to them. The grooming was quick less tha 2 hrs and reasonable cost.
