I contracted with M & I Innovations as my general contractor to remodel two bathrooms. One is a hall bathroom and the other is our master bath. The project started off a little rocky. The first subcontractor had a few issues and M & I had no choice but to let him go. The second subcontractor, he worked for a couple days and then got Covid. We are now on the third contractor. I thought maybe the third time is a charm. It was. Jim did a fabulous job. He was very professional and had a good work ethic. I couldn't be happier with the results. Linda at M & I went the extra mile to ensure I was a happy and satisfied customer. I love my bathrooms. They are so pretty.

We had M I construction replace 15 double hung windows in our house. They arrived when they said they would. The installation was done in two days complete. Windows look great, work great, and we have seen a significant reduction in energy cost because of the new windows. Great experience and would recommend this company to anyone.
