I have used Klauer several times. Every time they have shown up when promised, very professional and pleasent. They take time to explain what needs to be done and never pressures me to make unnecessary repairs. Always takes time to answer not only my questions but my inquisitive 13yrs. He explains how the part works and why it is important. Fair and honest with their pricing.
I'd you're lucky enough to get the same repair man, it's like visiting with an old friend.
