Mini-split stop producing heat. Called, and they sent someone out the next day. Robbie was very knowledgeable and professional. They ended up charging a fraction of what another company quoted me. Will be doing business with them again.

I have used Klauer several times. Every time they have shown up when promised, very professional and pleasent. They take time to explain what needs to be done and never pressures me to make unnecessary
repairs. Always takes time to answer not only my questions but my inquisitive 13yrs. He explains how the part works and why it is important. Fair and honest with their pricing.

I'd you're lucky enough to get the same repair man, it's like visiting with an old friend.

Wanted to respond to another poster's libelous claim that my positive review had been paid for. My review was in response to great work and customer service provided by Klauer and their technicians. I have continued to use them and still highly recommend them.
